 Please help very sick monitor

Hello I have a 1 year old savannah monitor he has never had problems before with eating or low nutrition 3 days ago he started acting very strange looks confused walks with almost no balance or like he is drunk and moves his head around like is is spinning or dizzy every time he wakes up he puts his head straight up in the air and also when he wakes up his eyes kinda roll around like he is dizzy or something he is also very weak I have no clue what this could be he has had all proper lighting fresh water almost every day that is filtered and also great dirt that Imgot from a very clean spot outside please help me I have no clue what this could be

It sounds like a neurological problem, you should see a vet.

Sounds like metabolic bone disease. Can you give us some dietary and enclosure details? Pics will help.

MBD - although judging by the lack of response it is probably already to late..

MBD is easy to avoid with proper diet and husbandry... if you dont know ask. research is key with this creatures

you should get sterile substrate from a supplier
Sounds like it might have picked up a parasite
take it to a vet-clean the water bowl daily-try using newspaper for a couple of weeks to see what is going on
He also may need vitamin supplements
