 Bedding Suggestions

Just wanted to know what everybody uses as bedding. Right now my sav and black throat are in cypress bedding, which I’ve heard is ok. I went to reptile guru and so that had a wide variety of stuff. The vet I took my previous sav to recommended eco earth, a coconut type. I’ve read that some people hear use dirt, if so where do you get it? If its dirt from the backyard, I think I’d be worried about bugs. Anyone just wanted to know what others were using.

Dirt from the backyard mixed with sand, and don’t worry about the bugs. Those are a treat form him.
