They’re Varanus yuwonoi. WC adults used to appear in the trade in the US occasionally, but haven’t for the past few years. As the ad said, not for the inexperienced keeper.

The base of the tail is yellowish green to pistachio dorsally grading to blue latterally and posteriorly, completely cerulean to true blue; bands on tail cobalt with irregular deposition of melanophores. 174 scales are around midbody (HARVEY & BARKER 1998).
Distribution, habitat and behavior

Around this small township some steep slopes of the foothills of the central mountains are densely forested with canopied rainforest. Along roads in this area, the forest is disturbed and has some clear-cut areas. In this areas the type specimen were collected (HARVEY & BARKER 1998).
Keeping and breeding
You can keep one pair together in a fairly large enclosure, which includes a big water basin. In the beginning, the animals could be very shy, so several hiding places in form of cork tubes should be offered.
As diet you can offer large insects, live fish and mice (KIRSCHNER & KOSCHORKE 1998
