 Is it safe to use bricks from outside

I have a pile of bricks outside and i wanted to add some to my savannah monitors enclosure so he can go up or down the layers for greater heat. I just wanted to make sure i dont have to do anything to them besides that i washed them and sprayed some healthy habitat stuff on the bricks. I would assume i could use them since i can use dirt outside without doing anything to it.do i have to bake the bricks or could i just use them after i washed and sprayed them with some cage cleaner?

I’ve always just grabbed stuff from outside without worrying about it. Unless the bricks have been sprayed with an insecticide, you should be fine.

The bricks i used to build this cage were sitting outside for 3 years. I dont think you will have a problem with it at all just throw em in.

This is xaaro291x my other file got hacked and messed up. Im trying to get some pics but she keeps staying under her large brick that she has a large burrow going on under it. Ill get out my feeding tongs and she will come out and get some food and i may be able to get a pic
