I love the tristis- fast, elegant and stealthy hunters. As babies, they are very agile they can chase down and catch crickets on a hop. Sadly, I cannot keep all of them, I will enjoy them until its time they go to their new homes. Cheers, John |

What I originally meant (but poorly worded) was that my own personal preference is lizards over snakes as captives just because they flat out "do" more for you to be entertained by etc. in the cage and that leads to less neglect by the keepers in my mind. I love field herping snakes for pictures, but I don’t really care to keep them any more beyond that. Again, that’s just my 2 cents. Mikelodi - I’d love to see pics of the Beaded Lizard. You don’t see those too often. Didnt’ Shiftylarry just purchase one as well??? |
