 Savannah needs help

my 3ft savanna has been walking and moving funny also has been falling over. i have had the savanna since it was 5in it is wc. all heating and full spectrum lighting are correct. has a huge cage bedding is top soil mixed with some sand to keep the hummidity down some what.i just dont know whats wrong with him. has been taken to vet and even he is unsure of the problem.so i turn to this forum for help?

the temps are85 in cage 105 in basking area and has an tunnel dug out to cool down in about 2ft deep of dirt. i feed him 1 small rat every 4 days and farm fresh eggs with fresh ground turkey every 2 days in between. it might sound like alot but he is big but not overweight i will try and post pics

Whole foods, not eggs, not turkey.
You need a new vet if he can’t tell you your critter has a vitamin deficency.
Get some calcium dust with vitamins, (sold at any pet store)dust a bunch or crickets and or roaches and feed the lizard. Offer mice, whole mice, bones, guts,fur, the works.
Up the basking surface temp to around 140.

i just recently got a new vet told me it was a calcium deficancy.i changed my cage temps.i started treating him and he is 100% better thanks
