 Everyone must check this out

Lol I remember I stumbled upon this photo years ago, and today I finally found it. The famous "Salvator x Salvadorii" picture.

I highly doubt thatís a cross - looks like a normal Water Monitor.

Where did you find that photo?
Since the íívaranus photo albumíí was sabotaged, I thought all of the photos were gone forever!
Any chance on finding my old photos?
Strange thing about that íícrossíí is there are no hatching photos!
Looks like a Salvator to me.
My PrasinusxBeccari did not look like a cross either, but the egg came from a Beccari and hatched out like a Prasinus (Emerald Green).

I remember that supposed crossing. If I remember correctly the female was kept with a male prior to the fella getting her. There were never any pictures of eggs, or copulaton yet alone the babies hatching.
I believe some of the hatchlings made it into jars and none ever appeared to be crosses.

I recall seeing a picture of your Prasiccari and thought it appeared to look a little like both.

I have crossed niles and ornates. Itís amazing though at one time that wouldnít of been concidered a crossing, who knows if it will be tomorrow. Same could be said for blackthroats and whitethroats. I am sure one day I will find out that I have been crossing my salvators too.

HA! Prasiccari!
I still have the cross preserved, looks like a Prasinus to me.
Have you seen the other Prasiccari, it was posted on one of these forums, my BRAIN is shot from a very fun filled youth!
Now that Monitor looks like a cross even if it is not, kind of green with a charcoal grey wash.
Very interesting, as far as crossing Albigs and Salvators what the heck if they produce viable hatchlings so be it.
Did you get my email?
Mike

I remember the prasinus x beccari pics from a year ago or so. They very much had a blend of charcoal and green to them. I didnít realize that was you. It was on varanus dot nl or something. The water monitor above has no characteristics to make me think thereís salvadorii in it at all, and no pics of the eggs or hatchlings, hmmmmm.....call me a skeptic.

On KS, i think iím in the middle of the debate on the cross thread. Ooops, not again.
