 UGH!! Mites!

my albino honduran has mites! i found them when i was feeding her last night. luckily i had some mite spray on hand (i like to keep some just in case). i soaked her in warm water to try adn kill the mites that way, changed her bedding and cleaned all the items in the cage and the cage itself. i sprayed the tank and items in it with mite spray, after soaking her i tried to pull off what mites i could (there’s not a ton, but i got probably close to 10, which on her is a lot to me) and then i sprayed her with the mite spray like the bottle says. i have also her moved her to a separate room from the other snakes until i don’t see anymore (i checked all them too and sprayed their cages just in case). i think i did all i can do for now. did i miss anything?

Hello Herpsarelife, my snake had the same problem, try not to use any substrate until you are sure there aren’t any more mites, use white paper towels,( BOUNTY). also go to this site, www.anapsid.org/mites. html it will help you alot. Good Luck
