Layed her clutch in her water dish.Took them out within minutes.Are the eggs destroyed or what ?

Laying eggs in a water dish is a sign of not enough moisture in the lay box. So, you should mist the lay box a lot more.

Maybe but maybe not. If the eggs are soaked, you could lay them out on a paper towel for a few minutes. So the paper towel absorbs the water. Then put them into the incubator, maybe mist the substrate around the eggs a little. To ensure the eggs don’t dry out to much. Then in a week after incubating, you can usually tell if they have gone bad. By signs of black pigmentation, some times mold.
