Having a few problems with my gecko

I Have a few concerns and any help would be appreciated!

I posted earlier about how my male gecko had a sore on his mouth... I cleaned with hydrogen peroxide and applied neosporin, and gave 2 drops of liquid b complex as directed until it got better. Ive noticed now that my gecko isnt interested in food, and has been sleeping in the water bowl. Whenever I notice him in the water bowl, i suspect hes a little warm so I turn off light. Do any of your geckos do this?

One of my q’s is.... How often to use calcium with D3. they have regular calcium ( no d3) in their tanks already.

Also I wasnt cleaning the cages like I was supposed to ( diluted bleach) But now I am..... I think this is what might have led up to the supposed mouth rot? How does everyone clean their cage carpets??? I always took them outside and sprayed them w hose and left to dry. should I be bleaching them?

Also does anyone have any tips to how often an adult gecko should be fed, I get mixed answers on that one. Also does anyone know how to get geckos to eat on their own out of a bowl?? Mine are spoiled....

Also big question.... My gecko has had something in his eye... I tried to flush it out with water after a few days.. no luck.. what can I do???

Has anyone else had probs with mouth sores??? Im really suspecting my cage cleaning methods cause now my lil girl is showing signs of it...

havnt had any of mine sleep in a full water dish.. is the light the only source of heat or do you have a heat pad too?

most suggest dusting food items with it once or twice a week

i throw them in the washer with other towels and a bit of bleach then line dry

it all depends on the person and how often the leo will eat some feed everyday some every other and some every 2-3 days. leafe the food in a bowl show the leo where it is and whats in there and theyll pick it up on their own

get some saline eye solution and get some help from another for them to either hold him while you flush it or vice versa.. or if you cant get it put at all you may have to find and call a herp vet to get them to flush it out.

if your thinking its your cleaning of the carpet ir anything try switching to papertowels and see if things clear up and stayed cleared up.. mouth sores can be from a few reason like food sources biting or possibly getting teeth cought in the carpet and pulling too hard and a thread cutting their mouths a bit
