PLease Help gecko in critical condition

My leopard gecko has been very lathargic the last while constantly hiding in his cave, hes been refusing food completely for the last while also (which he sometimes does) but when i checked on him this morning he was too weak to even lift his belly off the ground, i took a closer look and the skin on his tail was wrinkled, suggesting weight loss any advice would be extremely welcome.
tank set up:
30 gal tank
reptile carpet
pure calcium dish (doubles as a food dish)
water dish
reptile hammock
3 hides (hot, cool, humid) plus a tall hollow log so he can reach his hammock
10 % of the tank is kept at 90-95 degrees celsius while the rest is ambient temp

Usually that means he’s dehydrated when the skin is wrinkled. I HIGHLY suggest getting him too a Herp Vet asap. Could be parasites, of course we can’t diagnose him as well as a Vet can.
