A good constant temp. to have?

I’ve had my leos for awhile, but I’m wondering if theres a constant medium I could have so that I don’t have to worry as much about fluctuations. Because I know temp. should generally go lower for nighttime and warmer in the day time so to speak. The question is what would be a good constant for all the time on the heated and cooled end.

I’m asking because I’m upgrading the little ones home to a 40 gallon with tile. I’ll probably post pics of their new home once it’s all set, but I’m trying to get the temps right and would rather keep a constant so theyre comfy and can choose whichever side they want. It will have two hides on the cool end, two on the warm end (one humid), and two in the middle with one ladder/hammock, and 3 soap dishes for climbing. Cant wait.
