I have a leopard gecko and a crested gecko. My leopard gecko is 6 years old and i am suspecting him to die of old age soon(1-2years). Once he passes i am going to get a legless lizard.

Here is my leopard gecko(old pic before he sheded).

Here is my crestie

Leopard geckos can live 15-20 years easily if properly cared for, so you should have him for quite a while still.

I think the most common legless lizard available is the California LL (Anniella pulchra). As far as easiest to handle.....I have no idea. I have a Burton’s legless lizard and he has his days where it seems he enjoys being held and others where he just doesn’t want to be touched.

When I used to live in FL I would catch and tame glass lizards very easily. They never bit me once. They would be comepletly tame in about a day.

Russian. They are big and beautiful. They have smooth, nice skin and spent a lot of time on land.
