 Traveling tips

Since I got Kein, I’ve wanted to show him to younger children, I volunteer at a day camp over the summer that has children ranging from at least kindergarten to 12th grade. If I get permission from the person who runs it, I want to bring him for one day. He will almost be a year old then, would that be old enough? He handles well (but I WILL NOT allow the children to hold him, only touch him), but what should I keep him in when I’m not handling him and not worry he will escape? Would I need to get another, slightly smaller tank and another heat pad? Any info or helpful tips will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on the snake itself although I don’t let people mess with my kings, their too crazy because they’ll tolerate someone one second then next minute it’s different. You can get a critter keeper to hold him in, I use it for smaller reptiles and dog bags for larger ones. Depending on the day temps it may or may not be necessary to use a heat pad.
