Holy cow, L.Roy! That’s a lot of little baby snakes! I can see how easy it would be to creep up in numbers, once you started breeding them!! Especially if you weren’t shipping them anymore. I would guess that there is an abnormally high number of snake owners in your local area by now?! How many snakes did you say you have? Woo!

Beware, Greatballz, this could happen to you!

BTW I do love Dotty!

Your spotted one reminded me of this wild GA. one..in a way..
He’s missing the "spots" where yours has them...
With that bobbed tail it looked like he had two heads/tails!

Crimson king,
What happened to his tail? A totally silly question, but there is no way a snake can regenerate a lost tail tip like lizards do, is there?
Weecreekers,
Since no one is abandoning snakes at my place like they do with the cats, I think I may be able to control the intake. My big vulnerability is at reptile shows! Still, though, my lizards are going gangbusters on the reproductive front, and I may wind up with dozens of bluebellies!
L.Roy,
Dotty is really interesting. She is the only one to come out with dots? In the mass photo of the clutch she also looked bigger, but then it is hard to tell from such a tangle of babies.

No idea what happened to his tail. Possibly predation as a juvy.
No ..snakes don’t "regenerate" their tails.

Too bad you are so far away from VA. I bet she would produce some great looking hatchlings paired with my aberrant VA Beach. What does her belly look like?

I would’nt breed a spotted to that Va.Beach anyway.

I would breed a nice chain to him then hold back the 3 best girls and then breed them back to him.
