Also, i have been all over town looking for a normal reptile thermostat, petsmart, petco, local pet shoppes. Any ideas!? Thanks |

The Zoo Med Repti Temp is a thermostat; the item on the left. If you buy $75.00 dollars worth of stuff you get free shipping. I bought 5 bales of aspen substrate when you only had to buy $50.00 worth of supplies. The price just went up, bummer. This is such an essential piece of equipment I don’t see why pet stores don’t carry them. They still carry dumb things like the hot rock...go figure. If I find another thermostat I’ll post in this thread. |

LLLReptile.com carries a large selection of assorted thermostats. For one or two tanks the Zoo Med Repti 500 is okay. I think if you get a lot of tanks going something more expensive and complex is probably called for. |
