 Baby mealworms...

i have tonnes of baby mealworms in a container in some bran, fish flakes, and cricket food, with some potato. They have been hatched for almost 4 months and they are still very small, about 1/3 of a cm maybe less. How long doea it usually take them to grow full size, is there anything i can do?

i donít keep the babies, or my breeders in the fridge just the adults that are feeders. I have heard that it usually takes them a month to reach full size mine arenít even half way there yet.
