 Feeding anoles nothing but mealies

Can I give them nothing but mealworms? I have an anole and a longtail that will eat nothing but mealworms and vanilla/ plain yogurt. If I put them with crickets or waxes, they run away Reeeeally fast. Can they live on nothing but meanies and yogurt??? Thanks in advance!

Yogurt is suppose to be given rarely like after a lizard is done taking their medication to bring back the good bacteria in their stomach to aid digestion. And feeding nothing but mealies isn’t good as a stable diet, try other insects aside from waxwork, mealies and crickets. Also if hungry enough they’ll grab any insect.
