 Iguana coughing

hi, sometimes my iguana coughs to clear his throat/lungs of some fluid possibly from a few days ago when we attempted to force feed him liquids, can anyone confirm that this is a normal reaction to this? amd that it isnt something as extreme as a Respiratory Infection?
He shows no signs or symptoms of lethargy, wheezing when breathing or anything of the sort, and like i said, he only coughs occasionally, i just want to make sure if its normal for iguanas to continue to try and clear the liquid out of their systems even a few days after the incident, and that its not something serious like a Respiratory Infection

 Iguana coughing

I have a perfectly healthy 2yo blue iguana that occasionally lets out a fluid-sounding cough which I believe seems to just be a large amount of the salt still in their nasal passage before they sneeze it out, its the only thing I can think of that would cause this unique noise, almost growl like?
