 Pond inside enclosure

I just started to put together my iguana enclosure and had a question I’m going to put in a large water tub for his to bath or drink but do I have to put in a water heater or would the heat from the enclosure be enough to keep the water from being cold.

the enclosure should keep the water at least in the mid 70’s without additional heating devices....but you didn’t say what the distance / height would be so I am guessing...

I hope it doesn’t dip below 70 F...if so then I would add a heater for tropical fish....enveloped in a PVC sprinkler pipe with holes drilled into the pipe for circulation... you understand what I mean?
