 OT: My Gourmet decorations.

Hi,

I just wanted to share some of the decorations I’ve made in my gourmet food classes.
I hope you like it.


Poached halibut, bechamel with veggies, holandaise sauce and potatos with butter and parsley.


Beef stew, with veggies, onion rose, and red wine sauce.


Lorraine quiche with home made mayonnaise and a sprinkle of lemon zest.


Again, Lorraine quiche but with black sesame seeds and curry powder.


Chicken breast roll, with spinach inside, italian sauce and toasted almonds.


Yellow curry cream.


The last two dishes served.

Oh Boy!!!!... What time are we eating?????????????? ....That looks soooooo yummy.....and I had fried eggs and bacon for dinner....LOL....What’s in the quiche?..I LOVE quiche..My mom was a great cook..she LOVED too cook..she could come up with all kinda of ideas off the top of her head...She could whip up anything...she could make nothing into something.....

Looks really good Dany...How much longer do you have in school?....I’m still going to be waiting for my "Gourmet" dinner here in California.....LOL.....

Well I’m in third semester of the carreer and there are nine semester so I still have a long way to go, and in 7th semester I’m going to Spain for a year and I can’t wait!!.

Maybe before I go to Spain I can go to California.
