OT: My Gourmet decorations.
I just wanted to share some of the decorations I’ve made in my gourmet food classes. I hope you like it.
Poached halibut, bechamel with veggies, holandaise sauce and potatos with butter and parsley.
Beef stew, with veggies, onion rose, and red wine sauce.
Lorraine quiche with home made mayonnaise and a sprinkle of lemon zest.
Again, Lorraine quiche but with black sesame seeds and curry powder.
Chicken breast roll, with spinach inside, italian sauce and toasted almonds.
Yellow curry cream.
The last two dishes served. Regards. |
