Wont should i use ??????????? you can use anything besides pine and cedar. fruit woods like cherry or apple tree branches are the best is what ive heard. just make sure you clean them. if they are small enough, cook them in your over for about 3 hours at 275 degrees, then rinse them off with water. if their bigger, you can use 2 parts water, one part bleach (if i remember right) and scrub the wood real good. then rinse with regular water, and let sit outside for a few days to get rid of the bleach smell.

Wont should i use ??????????? ooh, gosh, if you’re using that much bleach, it’s way too much. a capful in a quart of water is sufficient. the way i was taught is, if you touch the water and feel that sliminess that bleach lends to it, there’s too much bleach. (yes, i went to college, but my food-handlers’ card is current. you just never know...)
