Did some window shopping 
Well I went to the pet store today to do some ’window’ shopping and asked if they had a 55 gallon tank, she smiled and laughed, they all know me well there, and told me they had just sold it. Its acually pretty cheap, with out stand and top it was 109.00. Of course the top is another 35 dollars...go figure lol I also took a peek at there iguanas. They only had two babies that were no bigger then my girly hand lol thats with tail not included in that measurement. They both looked very healthy as do all that pet stores animals do, although, one was missing his tail. I was guessing he was a rowdy one, healthy though. Heres my conclusion after talking to the pet store lady. Im going to start with a 20 gallon, yes I know thats small and when i do get an iggy it will out grow it rapidly BUT of course ill get a bigger one, I have a job, no worries folks. Plus if i have an extra tank laying around that means more critters >.< I think my betta, Fishy, would be happy with a bigger home anyways. I know this isnt part of this topic at all but heres a picture of him

a 20-gallon isn’t even adequate for a hatchling. drive a little farther to get a decent sized tank, or just wait until you build a cage. a 20-gallon would be mean.

Thanks for the comment on Fishy ^-^ Hes kinda photo shy though. although I do have plans to free roam my iguana at a certain point and time of his life, I dont want to risk losing him when hes tiny, Id never be able to find him.
