you should change them every 6 months! even if there still working. cuz after six months the uvb and uva start too break down and make them not put out as much uvb and uva wave lengths so every six months is when you should change them so you dont give your ig the risk of having mbd! cuz with out the uvb light working your iguana cant process the calcium its taking in from the food and supplements if you use them! i hope this helps! :)
