Pasture fungus, sweet itch, summer itch, queensland itch

my cheery bay quarter horse is starting to loos her fur in some spots and you can see her skin and in some places it is starting to become raw. the patches are on her hips and stuff and i am worried about how to get rid of it. and also when she runs from one end of the pasture to the other she caughs alot too.. could this be the summer itch? and whats a good medicine to cure it?? Equinat Aromaitch would that work? i tried anti-fungal spray but that didn’t work it looks to be getting worse.. i’ll try to get some pictures up soon

It wouldn’t hurt to call a vet, they don’t usually charge for a phone call!
I would try to use something like betadine soap.
I can do some simple research and get back to you.

If you think it’s a fungus try some malaseb shampoo. It’s expensive but it’s good.

Is the horse losing hair from scratching or is it a fungus for sure? You could have lice on your hands there
