 Horned Dragon Lizard

After bringing him home from the simulated desert enviorment he was kept in, we changed it to suit his needs. 70-80% Humidity and around 80 DEG daily temp, lowering it slightly at night. Misting the enclosure often. He finally moved and ate a worm today, we kept in a bowl next to him. He is shedding though, which I assume is perfect to adapt with his new home. Problem is its more scale loss than shedding. Not light, white and transparent like you would expect from the regular sheds. Any ideas as to this being an issue or a regular part of life for this type of Lizard?
