I have plastic wrap on havlf of the lid. what am i doing wrong or how can I rasie my heat and lower my humidity. Becasue I do not want fungus or mites to grow.

Yes, take the plastic wrap off the lid; that will help lower the humidity. Use a low wattage heat lamp, like 50 watts, and hang it over one side of the tank to help raise the temp and get a temp gradient going in the tank. Raising the temp will also help to lower the humidity further. If you don’t want to use a low wattage heat lamp, you was use an UTH (under tank heater) to heat the substrate. I would make sure that the UTH has a rheo-stat on it to control the temp on it.
