Help with advise on injury texas spiney lizzard

. I have a texas spiney lizzard that has been coming to me for 3 years now. Comes on my lap for meal worms and is very tame. She lives totally outside. She fell off one of my tables on to a metal plant stand and then couldnt move her back legs or her tail. Just happened an hour ago. I put her in a box to protect her and within the hour got function back but still seems slower than usual and one leg seems to be bruised. Should I seek out professional, help. She is very special to me. I would also like to learn more about her lifespan and ways I can help her be around as long as possible. She usually disappears late October and appears again in the spring. Any information is appreciated

If its your pet then I would say seek vet attention because his pelvis, tail or legs can be seriously injured.
