 HELP ME INJURED SKINK!

I found a skink chewed on by a cat. Its injuries look severe to me but I need help. Its average breathes per minute is 21. Is that good? I have a pic in this link below:

 HELP ME INJURED SKINK!

I have one but is skittish and barely let me touch him but cat saliva can kill reptiles let it be a snake or lizard because it has so many pathogens(bacteria) in its mouth..they can even kill birds oh and humans can can also kill birds because of the same reason. My monitors and friends cat got into a fight 2 days ago and they had to run tests on my monitors just in case and the cat got stitches on his neck and abdominal area.
