 Nerve damage.....

my cat got a lizard - i thought it was ok - then i noticed when i checked on it that it had it’s head sort of turned sideways and was turning circularly and was awkward.....my question....should i kill it to save it from suffering a long slow death? awful. i usually keep an eye on my cat and have had very little behavior ofthis kind - but - well, it’s sad and i don’t see that this is something that will rectify itself. if it do kill it - most humane way? it’s a desert lizard, collared, darn it. please help. thank you.

Its up to you but don’t forget if you kill it your not being cruel because you’re putting it out of its misery it was a hard decision when I had to do the same to my emerald swift that I lost it was nothing to be done to save him
