 Gecko In Dire Need of Help

My gecko has 1 eye shut alot, it seems as though there is a small white film in between the eye lid. There are lumps on his face under the scales that are hard, the ears have a small film covering them when i tried to remove it some liquid came out. She’s not eating or drinking. The tank is large enough and has food and water. Tank is around 70-80 degrees, hiding place, heat pads. I dont know what wrong or what to do. And I dont have enough money for the vet.

You probably need to post a bit more info. Gecko is very broad as there are hundreds of geckos type age feeding etc all are needed to get some ideas. Just a suggestion.
