Help, What kind of lizard is this?

Help my friends, i dont know what kind of lizard i have.
My girl just gifted me a lizard that she found in her garage.
I live in central america, guatemala is my country and i think is just a weird lizard with something in common with igaunas, i really need help.
She has a heat lamp for tonigth, tomorrow i will get the heat stone.
I put a little "tree skin" and land, with a little plate with water, some crickets that i use to feed my FBT also.
I will soon get a biger place for him.
He has a blue, white and black belly, i really cant take a pic from it beacuse he is not use to me yet.
but here a good one.

Thanks for your help.
