 Pictus gecko age

Hello I have received a pictus gecko from owners who no longer wish to keep it. It had killed the other gecko, so I took this as a sign the gecko was a male. I was told it was a leopard gecko, but figured out later it wasn’t when it arrived. It looks like it has lost its tail, as there is only a very small stub left, about a 1/2 inch. The whole gecko is 3 1/2 inches, probably could be 4 with the rest of its tail. I wouls like an approximate on age, and whether or not it is a male or female, as there are bulges but they aren’t quite as large as I’ve seen in some photos.

Thanks,
Jake

PS- I keep a female leopard gecko and a male corn snake.
