Hello....we have a Med. Gecko we caught a few months ago while working at a pet store. She has gotten very large over the past few weeks and acts semi-lethargic.....she lays in her coconut and doesn’t hardly want to move. shes getting bigger and bigger and I don’t know if I am providing her with what she needs to lay her eggs. Her substrate now is repti-bark with a small oasis of sand in the corner. her temps I try ot keep around 82-85 in day and 74 or so at night. is she too cold? Humidiity around 70%. I just don’t want to kill her.....is there anything I can do to help the situation? etc. Thanks in advance for your help!! Oh..how long do they carry the eggs around? Thanks!
Jim

Mediterranian Gecko Gravid? what now??
id get her off the bark and put her on papertowels with a small typperware of moist shreaded coco fiber. to be able to tell if shes gravid id need a clear shot of the underside od her stomach.
has she been eating/pooping normally? id be more conserned if she possibly ate some bark or something and cant pass it for the reasons of not moving and being lethargic...
