Sheding marble gecko The lizards, provided you leave them alone, should shed it on their own and eat it. To assist, be sure the humidity is up in the tank as it should be (via misting the tank or using a fogger). Marbled geckos are a species that do not tolerate handling and do not like being touched or fooled with. So the more you leave them alone, the better they’ll be. If you do touch them or poke at them while shedding, they may not eat the shed and then it may not come off their hands or tail. So it’s important you simply leave them alone. This is all with exception of the two fighting, in which they would of course need to be separated in the future when and if it happens.
