 Fan Toed Info

I have had a breeding pair of fan toes for a while now and am adding to the pair.
I am planning on adding 2 more females (maybe more) and another male. I was told that the males are not territorial but I want to make sure that they will be OK. Also, are the females likely to be aggressive towards each other?
Does anyone have experience with fan toes that can help?
Thanks

i havent had any experience with these geckos but i have had experience with other "non territorial" geckos... and ive always found it better to keep the males seperate when there are females in the cage or near by. because even though the males dont physically fight each other they do still stress each other out. though with some of the wild cought geckos ive heard its better to have 2 males with 4+ females becasue it helps stimulate the territpry marking and breeding..

usually most female geckos of any kind get along but there are those that dont so thats always an iffy issue also on if everyone will get along or not.. though when introducing new geckos its always better to do in neutral territory with plants and what not that hasnt been used with any other geckos

I have heard this common name for a few different geckos. I would think you are speaking about Ptyodactylus hasselquisti? If so you should have little issue with housing groups like you were speaking about. But if it were me I would start out with more females then if needed get a 2ed tank and split the females w/ the 2ed male. Keeping the tanks with a common wall. Just safer IMO. I don’t believe there are any problems with breeding this Sp. in captivity so a WC 2.5 group should not be needed but I could be wrong.
Good luck and let us know how it goes.
