MOST BEAUTIFUL GECKO I was reading a book about keeping geckos and I knew most of them: Leopard, Fat tailed, Crocadile, Leaf tailed, Web footed, New C. Giant, crested, ocelot, banded, house, tokay, golden... but one very small description and a picture caught my eye. I had never heard of it before and it looked so beautiful. It was called the New Zealand Green Gecko or Scientific name: Naultinus. Does anyone know where I can get one of these? here¡¯s a link to some pictures of the gecko. Link

MOST BEAUTIFUL GECKO I have seen them too. They are very rare, and hard to get, even see for sale. If you want to buy one, all I have to say is that you’d better be ready to shell out a lot of cash.

MOST BEAUTIFUL GECKO Depending on the species, they go for 5 - 15k. If you’re in Europe however, they’re considerably cheaper.

MOST BEAUTIFUL GECKO They are lovly, but really nothing compare to Lygodactylus williamsi.
Don´t know anything that beat ythem.
Really colorful, easy to keep and breed, dayactive and no fear so ever.
Males are turkish blue
Females are more greenish to coppar in color]
This is the best there is.

MOST BEAUTIFUL GECKO Yeah, I agree with you on theey are really really flashy. But too small... The Naultinus gives live birth and grows a maximum of 9 inches with a prehensile tail, bright neon green or a beautiful yellow or shade of blue, and can have any kind of blothching or spots of white on their backs or even none at all. They are incredibly rare in the pettrade and is threatened in their homeland. the only place that I know that sells one of the 8 species is Urbangecko.com. but the species they sell there isn’t like the one in the picture in the first post
