 My Gecko is very sick!

My Leopard Gecko is about 2.5 years old. For the past few months I noticed she stopped eating. At first she would go after her crickets but just not eat them but now she has no interest. I have tried meal worms and again she would try to bite them but just let go. She has lost a ton of weight and is very skinny. Once in a while she will poop but it’s only white not brown and white like it used to be. I was hoping it was because the weather was cool (live in Florida) but the weather has warmed up and still nothing. Is their any type of liquid vitamins that I can give her in her water? I have no idea what’s wrong or what to do.

You try buying Carnivore care its a powder that you force feed to carnivore/insectivores it has all nutrients it needs but I personally would take it to vet asap because i just delt with my very sick gecko and unfortunately it had a parasite called coccidia and was to emaciated to recover and had to be put to sleep.
