 10 gallon?

Would 2 leopard geekos be able to live in a 10 gallon tank? or would it only fit 1?

No. The rule of thumb is 10g per leo but a lot of people will tell you 20g is better.

You could get a large plastic tub at walmart for a few $ if u are looking to house two LGs. Just make sure they are both females. or you could get 2 different tubs.
