 White tongue... help?

Hi,
We own a gargoyle gecko she is roughly six years old and has recently been moved into a new tank which is much larger then her previous. She has plenty of hiding spots and plenty of places to go. We have recently discovered she has developed a white tongue, the tip is whiter than the rest of the tongue and has a slightly bumpy texture to it.
She has lost a small amount of weight since moving her, which we at first put down to the fact that she is in a much bigger tank for her to climb around in, and thought the extra movement may have contributed to that.
In this tank we have also included a UVB light (she didn’t before), which we were recently recommended to do so at our local reptile shop.
But the tongue is not something we’ve seen before and we are concerned.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?
Thank you

I would suggest you call a vet to ask and see if its neccessary to take him to the vet or they’ll give you leads to what to do at home and make sure its a reptile veternarian your speaking to.
