ABSOLUTLY NOT!! Each gecko you add will require 10 gallons more of space. For 3 geckos you need at least a 30 gallon (120 quart) tall terrarium. Maybe a little more with the male since they are territorial. Keeping 1 in a 16 quart tub would be cruel let alone 3.

You may be able to keep a male and a female in there only during breeding because it is kind of pushing it. Once they have bred you should separate them to separate tubs.

Well after they have bred and they are separated make sure you provide a lay box for the female. A ziplock storage tub will do for that. A mix of peat moss and organic soil will work well as a substrate. Cut a hole in the lid for the female to enter and exit and add ventilation holes as well. Check out this website for detailed instructions on breeding, incubating and hatching.

Just make sure you are sure you want to do this. The female can breed once and produce fertile eggs for the whole season. That means 1-2 eggs every 30 days or so. Unless you have somewhere for the geckos to go after hatching, i wouldnt advise breeding. Also make sure you have healthy, of age and weight geckos.
Good luck :)
