 Moonglow??

Does anyone on here have any moonglows? Would you be willing to post some pics of up them? Is it true that the morph isn’t consitent if you breed to moonglows together?

Just want some info on the morph. Thanks. GOD bless..

 Moonglow??

as far as i know there is only one moon glow out there.. ive never seen any anywhere except pictured in a book.

and yes its true that if you breed 2 moon glows together hatchling morph isnt going to be consistant... when my boss was breeding them she had bred 2 flamestogether and somewhere in their genes there was tiger morphs because she hatched out one or 2 tigers from 2 flame parents

 Moonglow??

as far as I am aware (could be wrong) the only person who had a "moonglow" had pictures on the net for a while and it turned out that the pictures were doctored. There is no such thing as a true "moonglow" that I have heard of. But I have seen pictures of ones that are or were very close to one but all would get some form of pigment when "fired up" be it yellow or pink.

I have a hard time calling anything by that name, just because nothing is ever consistent. I have a gecko now that is very light colored during the day, but fires up to a yellowish color at night. He’s not a moonglow by any means because of his fired up colors. There are lots and lots of crested geckos out there that are very "white" looking, but that’s only their daytime colors and that shouldn’t signify being a "moonglow".

Also, I don’t know the true definition of a moonglow or who began calling their geckos that, but I’d like to see a prime example. So far, I’ve heard the term being used for a very long time but have never seen anything that I would call a moonglow (or a true white gecko for that matter).

 Moonglow??

From what I heard from breeders, "moonglow" isn’t an actual morph. It is just a fancy name given to a gecko that has pale or dull colors. Something like a sales gimmick that breeders use to sell geckos that wouldn’t ssell otherwise. at least that’s what I’ve heard
