Exo-terra terarrium anyone got one?
try an expo. I got a 12X12X18 for $35, and they were selling 18 cube for $50 whe I went. I came too late for the 18 cube, but if you come early enough you may find the size your looking for for around $75. At the expos, since some of these vendors don’t have to worry about maintaining an actual retail location, and are pretty much traveling vendors, they can give major discounts off the retail value. That 12X12X18 tank I bought Ive seen for sale at petstores for $65-$95 depending on the place. Go to an expo that "Black Jungle" is attending, they usually have really good prices at expos and may even bring a tank to your specifications if you talk to them before hand.
Good Luck in finding your tank, hope you save lots

Exo-terra terarrium anyone got one? i have an 18x18x24 that cost me $120.00 i just found one on sail that was an 18" cube for 18$!! it was the last one they were selling at that pet store because they are carrying the zoo med ones now i think. they are both good tanks but i personally like the zoo med one better if it is going to be a showcase, because it has one big door in the front so it doesnt have the ugly seam down the middle of the front like the exo has.

personally, I wish they would mix the zoo med with the exo terra. I like the fact that the zoo med has one door, but the latch that keeps the door closed is so annoying to open. You have to hold the latch down in order to open and close the door, while with exo terra the latch snaps open so you don’t have to hold it. I wish zoo med would switch it to the exo terra latch, and then that would be an awesome tank

Exo-terra terarrium anyone got one? i agree with Chlotho the zoo mds latch sucks.. and its more of a 2 handed latch so if you have a spazzing gecko and you need to open the cage if you closed it your SOL unless you let the gecko go spazz and get away or you have a second person there... i know because i get to play with new products when distributors bring them into my work ^_^ or if i see them at a show i check them out there too lol
