 Help i need more humidity

i have a standard ten gallon turned on its side with about a 4inch layer of sphagnum peat moss with several vines and plenty of fake plants for cover i use a 50watt moonlight bulb at night to keep it around 65 to 70 at night but even with my misting twice a day it wont hold at 75-85 percent humidity and with my working all day im not home to mist when it needs it soo i was thinking utilizing my inginuity to turn it the normal way and add a screen top making it a 20 gallon and 24 inches high and adding a large water bowl and putting my spare fogger in there and adding a couple of real plants but i know that with the advantage of the tll screen cover i will lose alot of the humidity so what should i do or is there anything i can do

You really don’t need super high humidity like that at all times. It should be that way for maybe an hour or two per day (usually right after you mist), but the humidity can be around 50-60% the rest of the day with no issues. You want adequate time in between mistings for it to slightly dry out in the tank. This aids in shedding. It shouldn’t be constantly humid. It will give molds and other fungi a chance to grow in those conditions.

Also, are you keeping the peat moss moist? It should be moist enough that it can be packed into little balls, but not so wet that you can squeeze excess moisture out of it. This will hold the humidity a bit higher during the day for you.
