well I introduce the 2 snakes to the same cage (I use forty gallons) and wait about a week before feeding so they are used to eachother. (feed heavy before introduction) then feed tham separate fore a few weeks. than drop their temperature to about 60-65 degrease for about a month (feed heavy before hand) dont feed them, they will begin to sleep after the ’about a month’ is over bring them into 85-95 degree temps and feed them heavy, they should than start courting and locking up (usually under heat lamp) then start feeding the female MOre than usual (keep male the same) and I then usually go on a all leopard frog and Large tadpole diet. when the time is near put the male in a separate cage and wait. it looks like the whole body is welled in its pregnant and they spread their neck skin out and usually dont move that much. but there is 1 MORE and easier way to breed them. More unlikley but I have adme it work. You can keep a colony of 2-5 outside on your porch in a cage and they will simply breed with the season |
