Pinkies 
HAs anyone gotten a ribbon or garter that only eats pinkies? I tried feeding mine pinkies after about a month having him and he didn’t eat them until a couple months ago. Now he doesn’t eat fish and only eats pinkies when he’s hungry. If anyone asks, his cage is always at least 70 on the cool side and sort of a hot log where he can get pretty warm. Most likely into the 80’s. He has a pretty big water bowl, 2 plants that don’t normally go in the tank at the same time, and 2 logs and a coconut. Prett good. Ohh and he’s in a 30 gal but that’s all just extra info. Kinda seemsed weird that he only eats pinkies now and nothing else that’s available here.

all snakes are different just like people, my male albino wont touch pinks, only fuzzies.

Why would you feed pinkies and not fuzzies? Isn;t it better to feed appropiately sized micee anyway? My kingsnake does the same thing but I don’t think much of it. Just seemed really weird that my ribbon ate fish and fish only until now

i had one a few extra pinks dethawed so i offered one to him and he didnt take it, its happened more than once. My female ribbon snake loves her mice now but wouldnt touch em when she was younger.
