I wouldn’t get frogs from them anyways. I’d go to a breeder or a privately owned petshop. |

I see nothing wrong with wild caught as long as you treat it for possible parasites and give it plenty of room, food, and necessities like heat/lighting. But unfortunetly, the green anole, for popular example, since there’s so many of them, they just kinda throw those around and not give too much care if they’re sick or dying. I think it’s sad. Chain stores are more likely to pay attention to a 40 dollar gecko than a 5.99 anole, you know what I mean? That’s why I always buy reptiles and supplies from privately owned petshops. They’re usually people who care about the animals, far more knowledgable, and get their supplies from good breeders. I only go to petco or petsmart for cat food. |
