Can leopard frogs be aggressive towards one another?

I have 4 relatively "new" leopard frogs sharing a tank (they all transformed from tadpoles from a month to about 1 week ago). One of the frogs, Polka Dot (yes, named by a 6-year-old) is already much bigger than the others and seems very aggressive, lunging at one of the others (it seems to pick on one the most). It seems to be during feeding times most often (it also eats the majority of food I put in the tank). Could it be that they are both male (or female)? Do I need to remove the aggressive one or is this harmless hierarchy behavior? I don’t want to wake up one morning to find anyone harmed. I have read almost everything I can find online about the leopard frog and haven’t come across anything saying they are aggressive.

well if that one is lunging towards the other leopard frog, it is probably trying to do amplexus, or is being aggressive.

For some reason I don’t think it was romantic - the lunges were usually from the front, almost looking as though it is trying to "bite" the other one. And I don’t know what age frogs have to be to mate but these frogs are less than a month old (can they mate at this young age?).

If it happens again today at feeding time I will be setting up a seperate tank for Polka Dot. He (or she) spends a lot of time sitting in front of the the other frog facing it, and the other frog now hides under a log most of the time. Is this abnormal behavior or is it common to have an aggressive situation between certain frogs?
