I went to a friends house and their child had ACF’s , there was two of them in a 5 gallon and the water was really dirty, and they didn’t look to happy. Just wanted to say.

That sucks. If the kid has a birthday sometime soon, you could try buying a bigger tank as a "gift" I guess. That’s what I did for my sister’s newt, I bought a new tank and accessories for my sister’s birthday.
5 gallons is definately too small, and dirty water can lead to a whole mess of health problems.

yeah, I don’t want to tell the people what they are doing is horrible, because they are really nice people, and I’m to shy to do that so I think I will get them a bigger tank or something.

a 20g is a good size for a pair of them, a 20 long is even better but alot more costly.
Mine are in a 20L and they are really happy....I lay in bed almost ever night listing to him singing me to sleep :)
they like to stretch their legs is why small tank are not good for them, and like what was mentions, not keeping the water clean, will be a very bad ending for them....
first thing will happen is red leg, dirty water and not being able to swim and get stetched out
