 Doubts About humidity on frills

Hey guys!
i got a baby frill and hes doing pretty well. my concern is about humidity, i live in a sort of humid valley, the humidity in the air is almost of 70/80 usually always 70, so my analog humidity indicator is almost always at that range even when the cage is dry
i did calibrated it with the salt and bag tech, i got a 20 gal cristal cage, the question is.

Do i need to spray the cage entirely 2 times a day?? do i even need to do so? or just hand spray directly to my frill to get him wet?.
hope u guys can help me since hes getting kinda brown i guess he will shed soon and i wanna help him to do so. Btw im spraying all 2 times a day with him included.
TY for reading!!

hey man, Ty for the care sheet. but as u can read i have already take the cares that sheets offer. I’m looking forward for a experience tip comment or recommendation, since sites just talk about temps and humid as a base number and non a local as my case.

Hey , Back after a week out of town...
sorry ...most kids on here don’t even reply so I am glad you did

If you have 70/80% humidity in your area what is the humidity in the house...??
As you said the humidity is so high I don’t think you need to spray but once a day ... they will lick the water off the glass or decor for drinking if they need to

My concern is the basking lamps drying out the enclosure... no matter what the humidity is in the VALLEY .... unless you are housing it outside...using wire etc.

When you ask about humidity, realize the conditions under which a Frillie lives in nature. Tropical Rainforest. The real risk with too much humidity for too long is in fungus and mold growth rates. In nature a FD has a large habitat, and so if it finds itself in an area it does not like, it just moves on. That ability is gone when you containerize a creature.
